I didn't start off planning a career with DISC. But now I'm here I want to to stay. It's a really nice company full of really nice people. In my first job as a gym instructor I helped people get fit. I did it for three years until I hurt my back in an accident and had to give it all up. So I signed up with a temping agency and started thinking about what I wanted to do.

After a few days at Merrington House I thought "this is it!" I offered to work wherever I was needed in the marketing and finance departments and applied for an admin job in Stockton as soon as it came up.

Now I'm part of a DISC team helping people find work and it's really rewarding. I meet and greet the clients and mange the paperwork. In future I want to progress into the job of a project worker.
